Projects and Research Topics
The focus of my scientific work is on the interaction between process and material. The guiding question is how the material properties are influenced by the process, combined with the challenges posed to the process by the properties of the material. I am pursuing this question with my team in all areas of the production of metallic workpieces with lasers and electric arcs. The aim is to apply the knowledge for new and improved processes and products.
