Quality Inspection and Logistic Quality Control of Micro Technical Production Processes (Code: SFB747 B5)
In B5 the shape of the component manufactured by micro forming is measured using digital holography. From the measured three-dimensional holograms, a point cloud will be extracted and then a respective depth-image can be generated for the further quality-test and -control.
Therefore the influence of individual parameters, such as surface-characteristics and –angle, is investigated experimentally. For this reason a flexible setup is realized, with which the limits of the shape-extraction can be determined. Based on this a strategy will be designed to reduce shading and to obtain properties of the component at most in a single measurement.
