Controlled Scalable Laser Removal Procedure for the Manufacturing of Contoured Micro Forming Tools (SFB 747 - A5)
To implement the cost-effective sheet forming for micro components flexible technologies for the production of customised micro tools with defined contour surface are required. Thus the goal of the subproject is the development of a controlled and, concerning the removal rate, scalable laser chemical process for the complete manufacturing of contoured micro tools in one clamping.
