Digital holographic reconstruction of the surface shape (Reference number: Ko 2894/3-1)

To reconstruct the shape by using a single digital hologram a new complex valued transfer function was developed in this project, which only depends on differences of coordinates, i.e. it is mathematically convolutable.
The three-dimensional transformation of a single mathematical point from IN-volume using this new transfer function to OUT-volume in the PC has been numerically simulated. As insurance this OUT-volume using 3D transfer function is compared with the OUT-volume from 2D transfer function. Since the depth of the volume is quite small, the difference between 2D and 3D transfer function is all in all tiny.
