Real 3D
Digital holography for 3D and 4D real-world objects’ capture, processing, and display (Grant agreement no.: 216105)
In the framework of the EU project Real3D a compact Wave Field
Sensor for recording digital holograms was developed by BIAS. Due to
the integrated spatial light modulator the sensor allows for the
electronic manipulation of the reference wave which can be used in
lensless Fourier-Holography for example in order to dynamically adapt
the source point of the spherical reference to the position of the
scene under investigation.
The Wave Field Sensor is shown in Figure 1. Figure 2 depicts the
numerical reconstruction of two Lego® bricks.
